Kale is one of the hardiest winter greens and it gets sweet in the winter greenhouse. Yum! This is the whole entire top of a kale plant. There are a 4-5 medium leaves and then a whole bunch of smaller ones. I'm guessing each one is about 2/3 of a bunch worth of leaves, so it's priced accordingly. You just have to do the picking for yourself.
