Walla Walla sweet onions keep until about the new year. They are delicious in salads, on burgers, carmelized, or in soup.
December 2024 note: this is the end of the sweets this week. The indiviuals left are large but the $5 bags are full of fairly small indiviual onions (yummy for roasts).
